Trader associations, community and service organisations, elected representatives and local advocates, in one room for two hours. By the close the room will have agreed what matters most, and chosen three priorities to start work on, each with a named lead and a 30-day date. A working session rather than a public forum: attendance is by invitation, and the venue is advised with the invitation.
